Reorder PDF pages when a scanner has saved sheets backwards, an appendix belongs before a report, or a cover ended up in the middle. Open one PDF and use the labelled move controls, reverse the current sequence, or type an exact page order. Optional thumbnails help identify the original sheets without uploading the document. Save a new PDF while retaining the original.
This is deliberately a rearrangement workflow: every original page must appear exactly once. An order such as 3, 1-2 puts original page 3 first, followed by pages 1 and 2. A descending range such as 4-1 reverses four pages. Missing pages, duplicates and out-of-range numbers are rejected before export. Use Remove PDF Pages when the actual task is deletion, or PDF Merge when the task is combining separate files.
How it works
Page selection uses physical PDF positions starting at 1, not the Roman numerals, footer numbers or logical labels printed in a viewer. The position cards show both the original page number and its new output position. Move earlier and Move later are normal buttons that work with touch or a keyboard; no precise dragging is required. Cards are shown eight at a time, and exact sequence input remains available for longer documents. Reset restores the original order; Reverse reverses the currently valid sequence.
The file is limited to 25 MB and 300 pages, and the exported result to 50 MB. PDF parsing begins after file selection. The optional PDF renderer loads only when thumbnails are requested, uses one document per preview batch and renders at most eight bounded thumbnails. Page copying uses the original PDF page content instead of deliberately turning text and vector drawings into screenshots. A scanned image remains a scanned image; reordering does not recognise its text.
Selecting another file or changing the order removes the previous download. Invalid or password-protected PDFs are refused, as are detected interactive form/signature structures and unsupported page geometry. This simple page workflow does not promise to preserve bookmarks, attachments, links, logical page labels or document-level features. Keep the source and inspect the saved copy in the recipient's PDF reader. Reordering is not secure redaction or a malware scan.

How do I reorder pages in a PDF?＋

How can I reverse PDF page order?＋
Choose Reverse current order after loading the file. For four pages, entering 4-1 gives the same reverse sequence. The button reverses the current valid order, so using it again restores that sequence.
Why is my order missing a page or repeating a page refused?＋
This tool only rearranges all pages exactly once. Omitting a page would be deletion and repeating one would duplicate content. Use Remove PDF Pages or a separate duplication workflow when those are the intended changes.
Can I arrange PDF pages without dragging?＋
Yes. Every page card has labelled Move earlier and Move later buttons, and the sequence field accepts exact numbers and forward or reverse ranges. Both paths work with keyboard controls and phone touch input.
Does rearranging pages make PDF text blurry?＋
The output copies supported PDF pages instead of deliberately rasterizing them. Existing selectable text and vector drawings can remain selectable and sharp. The thumbnail is a small rendered preview, not the content used to create the PDF.
Will forms, digital signatures and bookmarks survive?＋
Detected form and standard signature structures are refused. Use only an ordinary unsigned copy; this tool does not validate signatures or prove that a file is unsigned. Bookmarks, attachments, page labels and links are not guaranteed to transfer correctly. Keep the original and review the downloaded copy before sharing.
