Duplicate PDF Pages

Repeat selected PDF pages, keep page sizes and rotations, and download without uploads.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your data is never uploaded, never stored, and never leaves your device.

Keep all original PDF pages and insert an explicit number of additional copies after selected pages, preserving supported page geometry and rotation.

How to use it

  1. 1Choose one ordinary PDF up to 25 MiB and 300 pages, or use the four-rotation sample.
  2. 2Enter physical page positions/ranges and the number of additional copies.
  3. 3Review the exact output sequence, then create the duplicated PDF.
  4. 4Download and inspect the separate copy; document-level features are not promised to transfer.

Example

Input
4 pages; select 2; 2 additional copies
Output
1,2,2,2,3,4 — 6 pages

Original page 2 and its two copies retain the source dimensions and rotation.

What happens to your data

PDF parsing and copying stay local without document upload or browser-storage persistence. Page assets and anonymous usage events may use the network. Downloaded copies are separate local files.

Last updated October 2026

Duplicate selected PDF pages when a worksheet needs repeat copies, a separator should occur more than once, or a reading copy needs another instance of a diagram. Every original page stays in place. The tool inserts the chosen number of additional copies directly after each selected original page.

Pages are copied as PDF content, preserving their supported dimensions, CropBox and quarter-turn rotation. This does not deliberately turn text or vector artwork into screenshots. A scanned page remains a scan; duplication does not recognize text or improve its quality.

How it works

Choose one ordinary unsigned PDF up to 25 MiB and 300 pages. Enter physical page positions starting at 1, with individual numbers or ranges such as 2,4-6. Printed page numbers and logical PDF labels are not used. Selection order does not reorder the document: selected originals are processed in their existing order. Overlapping ranges and repeated selections are refused so that repetition is controlled by one explicit setting.

Additional copies per selected page accepts a whole number from 1 to 10. A value of 2 leaves the original plus two added instances. Selecting page 2 in a four-page document produces 1,2,2,2,3,4. Review and copy the displayed output sequence before creating the file. The final document may contain at most 300 pages and 50 MiB.

Detected interactive forms, standard signature/certification structures, annotations or links, non-standard UserUnit values and unsupported geometry are refused. This is not a signature validator and cannot prove that a document is unsigned. Bookmarks, attachments, logical labels and other document-level features are not promised to transfer; use a separate ordinary copy when those features matter.

Choosing another file, editing selection or copy count, resetting or cancelling the result invalidates the old download. Cancellation discards a delayed result; it is not a promise that the PDF library immediately stops its internal work. Parsing and copying run locally without document upload or browser-storage persistence. Page assets and anonymous usage events may use the network. Download a separate copy, retain the original and inspect the result in the recipient's PDF reader.

Worked example: Add two more instances of page 2

Input
Four original pages; select 2; Additional copies = 2
Result
Six pages in order: 1,2,2,2,3,4

The four-rotation sample preserves the repeated page's 90° rotation and original 400 × 600 point MediaBox.

Common use cases

  • Repeating a worksheet without reprinting to PDF
  • Adding another instance of a diagram to a reading copy
  • Creating repeated separator or instruction sheets
  • Keeping original page shapes while duplicating selected pages

Frequently asked questions

Does 2 copies mean two pages in total or two extra pages?+

It means two additional copies beside the original. Each selected original appears three times consecutively: the original followed by two copies.

Can I duplicate a range of PDF pages?+

Yes. Use a range such as 3-5, or combine ranges and numbers with commas. Each selected page receives the same additional-copy count. Overlapping selections are rejected.

Where are duplicated PDF pages inserted?+

Directly after each selected original page. Other pages keep their order. The selection field does not act as a new output order; the displayed sequence shows the exact result.

Will copied pages keep their rotation and size?+

Supported page content, dimensions, crop boxes and rotations of 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees are copied. The output does not deliberately rasterize text or vector drawings.

Can I duplicate pages in a signed or fillable PDF?+

Detected form and signature/certification structures are refused, as are annotations and links. Keep the original and export a separate ordinary unsigned copy when appropriate. The tool does not validate signatures or prove that none exist.

Will bookmarks and attachments transfer?+

They are not promised to transfer in this page-copy workflow. The result is intended as an ordinary page document. Keep the original when document-level features, labels or embedded files matter.
